TVS (transient voltage suppression diode) protection circuit is a common electronic circuit protection mechanism.

When designing a TVS protection circuit, it is necessary to consider parameters such as the operating voltage of the TVS diode, maximum clamping voltage, peak pulse power, capacitance, etc., to ensure that it can effectively protect the circuit and match the performance requirements of the entire system.
