When using analog signals to control three-phase AC load voltage regulation modules, the following points should be noted:

1、 Installation environment

1. The installation location should be well ventilated, away from flammable, explosive materials and heat sources, to avoid module overheating and causing malfunctions.

2. The ambient temperature should be within the specified range, usually from -25 ℃ to+60 ℃, to ensure stable operation of the module.

3. Avoid installation in damp, dusty, or corrosive gas environments to prevent affecting module performance and lifespan.

 

2、 Electrical connection

1. Ensure that the input and output wires are connected correctly, and the phase sequence of the three-phase input and output cannot be connected incorrectly.

2. The connecting wires should meet the current capacity requirements to avoid overheating caused by overly thin wires.

3. The grounding should be reliable to improve the safety and anti-interference ability of the system.

 

3、 Analog signal input

The range of analog signals should match the requirements of the module to avoid voltage regulation abnormalities caused by input signals that are too large or too small.

2. The signal source should be stable and reliable to avoid unstable load voltage caused by signal fluctuations.

3. Pay attention to anti-interference measures for signals, such as using shielded wires to reduce external interference.

 

4、 Load characteristics

1. Understand the nature and power requirements of the load to ensure that the module's capacity can meet the load demand.

2. For inductive or capacitive loads, corresponding compensation measures may need to be taken to improve power factor and system stability.

 

5、 Debugging and maintenance

Before initial use, careful debugging should be carried out to check whether the various functions of the module are normal.

2. Regularly check the working status of the module, such as temperature, voltage, current, etc., and promptly handle any abnormalities found.

3. Avoid unnecessary operations during module operation to avoid affecting system stability.
