+86-21-34291916(1) Solid state relays have high reliability and long lifespan due to the absence of mechanical contacts and other mechanical components. They do not generate electrical sparks or noise during the switching between on and off, and have a relatively fast switching speed and high operating frequency.
(2) High sensitivity, low control power, good electromagnetic compatibility: Solid state relays have a wide input voltage range, low driving power, and require extremely low power for control signals (about ten milliwatts), which can be compatible with most logic integrated circuits without the need for buffers or drivers. Due to the above characteristics of solid-state relays, they can be directly driven by digital circuits such as TTL and CMos. Therefore, solid-state relays are widely used in digital programmable devices, data processing system terminals, and other industrial automatic control systems. Moreover, because AC SSRs use zero crossing triggering technology, they will not interfere with computer interfaces.
(3) Fast conversion: Solid state relays use solid-state devices, so the switching speed can range from a few milliseconds to a few microseconds.
(4) Low electromagnetic interference: Solid state relays do not have input "coils", contact arcing and rebound, thus reducing electromagnetic interference. Most AC output solid-state relays are zero voltage switches that conduct at zero voltage and turn off at zero current, reducing sudden interruptions in current waveforms and thus minimizing switch transient effects.
(5) Long lifespan, high reliability:
Solid state relays have no mechanical components and rely on solid devices to perform contact functions. Due to the absence of moving parts, they can operate in high impact and vibration environments. The inherent characteristics of the components that make up solid-state relays determine their long lifespan and high reliability.
Solid state relays are often an ideal substitute for electromagnetic relays.
