Control Voltage: Control the voltage range of solid-state relays. There are usually specific rated voltage ranges, such as 3-32VDC, 5VDC, 12VDC, etc.

 

Input Current: The current required to control the solid-state relay. Usually measured in milliamps (mA).

 

Load Voltage: The maximum load voltage that a solid-state relay can switch.

 

Rated Load Current: The maximum load current that a solid-state relay can control. Usually measured in amperes (A).

 

Isolation Voltage: The electrical isolation capability between the input and output terminals. This is an important parameter for solid-state relays in protecting control circuits from high voltage damage.

 

Switching Time: The response time of a solid-state relay from opening to closing or from closing to opening. Usually measured in milliseconds (ms).

Maximum Switching Cycles: The expected lifespan of a solid-state relay for reliable operation, typically expressed in millions of cycles.
